By nurturing environmental awareness early on, we help young minds forge a deep connection with nature and discover their own potential to drive positive change.

This blog offers simple, practical steps to get you started. From fun holiday activities to engaging school projects, we’ve got ideas to inspire the next generation of environmental champions. Who knows? You might just be nurturing the next Greta Thunberg…

Preserve and Enjoy Nature

Spending time in nature is a fun and low-cost activity all the family can enjoy so why not take the longer route home from school one day & visit your local park, woodland or green space.

A fun way to help bees and butterflies in our communities is to plant some pollinator friendly flowers. You could do this at home or even in your school garden. Planting pollinating flowers that provide food for pollinating insects. You could start with primrose, lavender or honeysuckle.

Also, less litter is good for wild animals and will help millions of animals avoid injury every year so you can try picking up a few items of litter every day on your walk to school. This will prevent these items ending up in our oceans and seas.
